Terrible service, rude, and unprofessional!!!

I was in this store to purchase a prepaid UPS envelope for an embassy to return my passport. The first associate could not understand what a prepaid envelope is.

The second associate claimed he was the store manager. And said there is a policy that he cannot sale a prepaid envelope. I asked where the policy is written. He said he cannot show me the policy anywhere. He was extremely rude.

I called in later to the same store (by accident) and an other store in the area, they all claimed that they sell prepaid labels and envelopes. The only reason I can think of would be he may discriminate against women or certain race.

I was trying to get things done while my kids are in activities. This waisted an hour of my time during a very busy time.

This location has the nicest, most helpful employees! I come in relatively often to mail things, pickup packages, and do returns- they’re always efficient and upbeat.

I wanted to thank them so much for today, though- I accidentally locked myself out of my car without my phone when I ran back in to grab something I’d forgotten when I’d checked out. I had my little dog with me, too (since I never leave her in the car alone even just to run in). They looked up my insurance’s phone number and let me use their phone to call roadside assistance, and let me hang out while they were closing until the locksmith arrived. They even gave me and my dog a bottle of water.

Best resource store ever! Jay and his team are awesome and go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of our needs! Had a unique package request for two antique Martini Lights that were needing to be sent cross country and worth over a thousand dollars each and Jay and his team packaged them so expertly that the lady who bought them from me wrote a review and said "the box could have fallen off the truck and they still would have been in mint condition they were packaged so well!" Thanks to Jay for always taking care of us and doing it with a huge smile and a kind heart! He actually cares about his clients and knows all on a first name basis!
