2 weeks ago we brought back our glass milk jugs for the deposit during normal business hours, went to the customer service booth to turn them in. We was told that we didn't need to go to the customer service booth that we could go through the checkout line with the rest of our products. We did, we was given $3.00 per jug and was told the price went up. We thought, cool we'll take it. So today we went back to return more jugs, and buy more milk, went through the checkout line, The cashier told us that we had to go to customer service booth. I said that wasn't what we did the last time as was told from the customer service booth to come to the checkout line. He said he'd call his manager up. Cool. The manager came up with an attitude and said that we had to buy our products first then go to customer service for the glass bottle refund. Not a problem, but we was hoping for the refund to come off our bill. Its like that elsewhere such as HEB. She was what I thought a bit rude. We accidentally brought in two bottles that weren't from brookshiers, our bad. She was rude by telling us that these bottles was not MY bottles. There is nothing in that store that is HERS, Unless shes the owner, it OURS, the company's! Those are not OUR Bottles!! She did give the refund of $2.00 per bottle instead of the $3.00 we got the other week. Because of her approach with us, We will not be doing business at Brookshire's in Robinson anymore. We'll take our business back to HEB where we've always had excellent customer service. It may be a bit of a drive for us. But customer service its whats...

A man named Jared returned my call saying they were now fully restocked with all the That’s Smart products, including the saltines. That was 1/3/25, I went back to the store to grab some saltines. After getting to the display I found the product was not on the shelf. I then went customer service manager on duty and asked for her help finding them. She went to the same shelf space I had been, after finding no product she went in the back of the store to check inventory. She returned and told me that they had not received what they ordered and sent a replacement order to their warehouse. They expected that delivery the next day and would call me when it arrives. I am still waiting to no avail! I will continue to check every other day. I’m just saying; are they truly working on the problem or just trying to put me off?
Original post! The store is pretty good. They do seem to be low stock on many items, or quit carrying some brands that are better than the name brands. One example is Saltine crackers. They carry the expensive name brands like Premium or Seats but recently stopped carrying a smaller brand called That's Smart. This brand had many different types of products and the best Saltine crackers ever! One of the employees tells me that the buyer just doesn't want to deal with them any longer. Read moreThis is a fantastic full service Grocer in Robinson. I've been living in Lorena for the past 4 years and just made it over there. I'm sorry I didn't get there sooner. This store is well stocked with everything you need, and meticulously organized. Every item on every shelf is displayed with perfection. The deli ham and turkey was priced right, cut to perfection, and as good as the top brands out there. We decided to try their homemade German sausage and fresh chicken breasts "not frozen" on the grill tonight. Absolutely fantastic! Multiple staff in the store repeatedly asked us if we found everything we were looking for. Upon checkout there were multiple cashiers waiting to help us check out. We did not have a "thank you" reward card so the assistant manager used his to save us some money and helped us sign up for one. Then he insisted on bringing our cart out to the parking lot to our vehicle. This kind of service goes a long way and they have our business. I have found the quality of meat at HEB has gone down the tubes. These folks have a wonderful assortment of meats that proved to be above and beyond when we served them for dinner tonight.
