I did the baby goat yoga class here with Laura. While I enjoyed the goats and the cute boutique the yoga itself was a waste. The "instructor" obviously had no idea what she was doing. I have been practicing yoga for 20yrs and I was afraid our "instructor" was going to break her hip. Her form was so bad not only for herself but she could seriously injure an student by her lack of knowledge. Someone of her advanced age could benefit from modifications so she doesn't injure herself. Save your $30 it...

Bird Post Marketplace is the most lovely place to explore – there are so many wonderful vendors there. Every time I looked around, I found something new! It’s really welcoming and relaxed, always great to chat with Jo, the owner, (ok, I’m biased!). The T-shirts are great, and I have loved using the soaps and other toiletries.
