Jessica is an amazingly kind and bubbly woman. When it came to my wedding cake she was easy to work with, was willing and excited to work with my custom flavor combination (matcha & lavender cake with lemon icing), and was extremely professional and made helpful recommendations. When setting up the cake at the venue, there was an unforeseen issue, the glass piece holding my cactus would slide on the floating tier stand. Jessica was unfazed; she immediately sent her husband off into town for a tub of icing to secure the piece to the stand while she finished adding my hand painted flowers to the cake. If I could give more stars I would. Our wedding cake was delicious, beautiful and perfect! Jessica gave us exactly what we wanted and more! Her creativity and eye for details is everything you are looking for when planning a wedding. Jessica definitely exceeded our expectations! We didn't have to worry about anything and everything went smoothly. She offers cake tasting which I think is adorable. It added more happy memories for my husband and I to have. 3 Leches Bakery was amazing. We used Jessica to make a cake for our daughters 3rd birthday. We previously tried using the "Big Name" bakeries in town which I won't name here, but we were very disappointed in the outcome. The others did not make the cakes as we wanted and offered all kinds of excuses. 3 Leches Bakery may not be the bakery you have heard of before, but you should try them for your cakes, because Jessica absolutely nailed it when it came to our cake.
