Took my gold ring band in to be resized and it is now ruined. I brought it in, tried different sizes to see what I wanted, and they said they would call me with a price estimate a week before the repair to make sure I agreed on the price. I waited two weeks before I finally called and asked what was up. I find out they did the repair without calling me and that there were some issues during the repair. Many excuses as to why they didn't call and even more excuses as to why they messed it up. "We don't typically get these kind of rings and we were not sure how to do the repair. If we had known more about the ring before we took it we could have done a better job." Followed by: "We get tons of rings everyday for repairs and it's easy to get sidetracked and forget to call." Tons of rings everyday but for some reason had never seen anything like mine, a simple gold ring band. No intricate designs, no stones, no markings. Just a band.

I finally go to pick it up to find they completely butchered it. It's no longer smooth and shiny, it's bumpy and warped. Looks darker and more like a hammered piece of gold shaped like a ring. It looks nothing like what it was before. And to top it all of, it was too small. They didn't charge me anything and I honestly would have refused payment if they had.

I took a simple gold chain that a link had broken. They repaired it and I wore it 2 days and it broke again. I took it back and they repaired it again. They charged me again. Once again it broke after wearing it 2 days. I took it back a 3rd time and once again they charged me even though they said they would not. I have paid $100 to fix one link. The same link. The lady told me that each repair was a different link. It was not. Something here reeks of mishandling and poor craftsmanship not to mention very peculiar that a chain I take in to get repaired all of a sudden has links breaking right after its returned from the jeweler. I strongly do not recommend anyone using this jeweler. Very poor quality...

We have a major busy schedule, and as we all know so does Jerry Arnold, but somehow when my Fiancé was searching for my perfect engagement ring that he surprised me with, Jerry made the time and effort to drive almost 2 hours to bring him the ring. That’s not it, after he purposed, the ring was still a little to big for my fingers so Jerry came back and retrieved it from me at my home to take it and size it.
