Dollar General — Local services in Rock Hill

Store associate this morning around 10am on Sunday 12/16/25 was the most rudest most unpleasant person. She had a bad attitude with me and lied to my face. I just asked her a simple question about a product she had in stock and she flipped. Turns out they did have it but I refuse to buy because of her treatment towards me. So with that being said I won't go back when I see this person working the register. I will simply walk out and return another day and hopefully someone else will be on the shift. Smh I know this is dollar general but please stop hiring just anyone smh.. Ps a call will be made to corporate something has to be done with this bad management...

This location i absolutely hate it they never give you your receipt the staff carry on other conversations with everyone else but you and your the one which whom is standing right in front of them and they will not acknowledge that plus what place has customers in and out all day but the workers have ear pieces in their ears listening to music blasting and can't even make out what the customers are asking them it's like this all the time honestly they need to close this location down because all of what I just said is happening at night every time you go in that was the last time if I knew the owner I'd let them...

I’ve been to this particular location twice and both times I have experienced the rudest most disrespectful customer service. The employees are just standing around talking to each other. Once you reach the register you’re not greeted or anything. The employee that scanned my merchandise did not even give me a chance to enter my telephone number on the key pad and once I said something all she could say was “hmmmm”. I have never experienced this at any other location. But if you do not have great customer service skills you do not need to work with the public at all. I wouldn’t even waste my time...
