(owners reply is out of context, so I’m writing this) Placed an order 06/26, order wasn’t started until 07/29; when we finally received it, they were a different model of shirt than we chose, and our explicit instructions, that were given both in person and via email that were meant to ensure this order gets complete timely and correct the first time around, were ignored.
We placed an order for 8 shirts with explicit instructions to print 1 shirt and let us review it before proceeding with the rest. Jim told us the first shirt would be finished in a week.
Jim took 1 month and 3 days before starting our order, ordered the wrong model of shirt (we picked a solid hue of green color out irl, but received a tri blend of green color somehow), and printed all 8 instead of letting us confirm the first shirt is good before printing the rest. Spoiler alert, they didn’t turn out as anticipated, and now we had 8 of them. So we used what we had.
When we confronted him on the issue and requested a reprint, we suggested that we come in to clarify everything once again. He replied he has, “no issue with that at all.”
So we came into the shop to confirm everything and emailed the confirmation once again (we also changed the scale of the design slightly, and chose a different color). Sometime in between, Jim mentioned on email that if we want to keep the original misprints, we’ll need to buy them at 50% off. I questioned this, mentioning that they’re used landscaping shirts, that they’re customized and transfer-printed, and that they’d be thrown away rather than resold or reused; so I politely asked if we could keep them to give to family/friends (that was the least he could do). Read moreHorrible Experience!!! long post I called brand pro the Friday before placing an order. They told me it would take 24-48 hrs to embroider a logo on a couple shirts even with the Holidays. I took my 2 items (sweater/hat) and showed her the logo on Tuesday December 17,2018. I specifically stated that it was a Christmas gift. The lady said “no problem, we can get it done Friday and ready for pickup at noon. We are closed Saturday through Tuesday.” I even went inside the next day to drop off another sweater. She said “I gotcha and the logo is getting digitized.” Friday comes and I’m really excited. I go in at about 3 oclock to see my items were not even touched. I was told to come back at 4:30 and they would be ready. On my way back, I get a call saying that the logo has over 20k stitches and they can’t do it because they closed at 5pm. They also stated no one can stay past 5 to do atleast one piece. Now, I’m a very understanding person so maybe they had kids to get back to. But why take my order knowing you wouldn’t be able to do it in the first place since the logo was so detailed ? Why have me come back instead of telling me upfront you wouldn’t get to it? I was so upset, I could cry. Not only had they waited until it was time to close to tell me they couldn’t do it, they DID NOT CARE AT ALL. Read moreWe placed an order on 10/13 and they knew we needed shirts by 11/5 but backed out on 10/27 because we gave feedback on the sample he provided and asked him to correct the concerns we had. After providing feedback he told us he was politely backing away and felt it was best to stop at that point and that he was not able to satisfy our requirements and our expectations were unrealistic. We then contacted another screen printing place who was wonderful and has been able to fit us in and will be able to get everything to us in time and has addressed any concerns we have. Brandpro does not practice professional behavior. They need to include that if you give feedback or voice concerns they will not be able to do the work. What we asked about was to make sure the color matched our Pantone color also on the logo we asked if something could not touch and lastly to remove the registration mark off of the logo.
