I can't say enough good things about CD Source. They have a MASSIVE selection of records, CDs, DVDs and video games. Stereo equipment as far as the eye can see. Brian the owner (who wasnt even upset that i just learned his name a week ago despite being a frequent customer for 25 years) is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and his two cohorts (I'm sorry, I don't know their names) are super friendly and helpful as well. They have a case full of rare, import, and out-of-print CDs where I always find a treasure. The new arrival bin could be restocked a bit more often, but then again I'm there about twice a week, and they have lots of other stuff to work on, so I understand. And don't get me started on the overhead lights made from drums -- they're awesome. Oh, and they have tons of obscure and rare box sets and assorted treasures on the wall behind the registers too. Seriously, you can't possibly walk out of this place without seeing a bunch of cool stuff you'd love to have, no matter what you're into. I can't recommend CD Source highly enough; it's truly a...
Read moreDo not bring your records or electronics here to sell or trade. You will be ripped off. You have been warned. I brought a bunch of rare hard to find sealed hip hop albums here like a sealed OG Eminem Marshall Mathers LP and he only offered me $15 dollars, Dr Dre Chronic 2000 sealed and he offered me $10. A Beatles misprint and he said it wasnât in demand and he would give me $5. A brand new, still in the box, turntable worth $1200 and he offered me $90. Yes Iâm dead serious. He also took all of my records out of the clear covers, and to line them back up he bashed them up against the table and bent all of the sides and corners. He was also extremely rude to me and all of the customers in the store. The owner does not respect the vinyl community unless youâre making a purchase or letting him blatantly rip you off. Donât buy records from this guy and definitely donât sell him anything. Again, you have...
Read moreProbably one of the rudest people I've met. We parked on the side of the building towards the front so as to unload over 200 vinyls and when little Hitler saw that he about lost his mind and started cussing profanities at us. I would suggest they put a no parking sign there and it would definitely benefit the next customer that might go in there. Also they do Not buy vinyls they only buy what they want. As for us we will not be returning to such a disgraceful self indulgent human being. The sad part is, is that out of the hundreds of stores, businesses, and shops I've been to in my lifetime this is the only one I couldn't wait to leave and now try and forget. What a horrible experience. I will pray for this individual and do hope the good Lord...
