Wish I didn't have to give them any stars as they are a horrible company. We bought a tv from Aaron's. Paid it off in 18 months. Then, 2 weeks later it went out. We called the 800 numbers they gave us nine times, as the store said they couldn't do anything for it and they would not repair or replace the tv even with the 60 day warranty that they gave to us in writing. Each time we called the 800 number, they said that they were going to escalate it to upper management. We never received a call back. We ended up going into the store and after several attempts to have the store honor their 60 day warranty, they finally did send our tv out for repair. After a month, we called and they said it was unfixable due to a mother board. They gave us a replacement preowned tv but not what they said that they were going to do. Now we are stuck with a broken tv and a preowned TV that could go out at anytime. Again, not what we were told that would happen as we did not damage the tv. It has been a horrible experience. The management was rude and never gave us any direct answers. I have asked several times for the regional manager number or for him to contact us. None of which has happened. We have been dealing with this situation for 2 months now. I would never recommend Aaron's to anyone. Because I gave them a bad review, they privates messaged me asking for all the information. Ended up getting both from a friend so we told them to come get there’s we no longer wanted it. they set up multiple dates to come get there items and never showed up. the one time they did, they called us asked us what a good time was we gave them one. And they showed up before the time we said we were available. and then told us they would be there the next day. They never showed up. it’s now been nearly 3 months that have scheduled a time to pick up and haven’t shown. And then randomly today they show at my house at 7:30pm and then tried to tell me and SO they have been to my house multiple times. they have horrible scheduling, they don’t communicate with there staff members, they have lied multiple time about coming to my home. I was going to stay with my previous quote, but she quickly interjected pertinent information that made me change my mind. She was courteous and knew her product. I chose Aaron’s because of her.
