North Suburban Library District — Attraction in Rockford Township

The selection is very limited, we have had to travel far to other libraries to find the items we wanted many times. They have no summer activities for my 5th grade son and they refuse to let him join the 6th grade group because of his age. It's not fair for him to watch his siblings have fun and make friends here while he is not allowed to join in. We pay a lot of taxes, they are supposed to make programs for our community. I am really disgusted with their service. The response I received was that they would consider my suggestion for next year. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of audio books, CD's and movies. This library is not as large as the main Rockford public library but it is a good sized library.
