Cleo's Aroma Pothecary — Local services in Rockford Township

This is by far my most difficult review. After looking @ all the other Google reviews 4 Cleos I guess I expected so much more than what was actually in the store. I went 2 look 4 a Pendant Necklace 4 my Granddaughter, also hoping 2 replenish some of my deleted supplies. Let me stress the Owner is a very kind Woman and after photographing pretty much all in the store ( hoping I'd find a Crystal Pendant that my Granddaughter liked or at least a Crystal that could be purchased and made in2 a necklace) I sadly realized there was nothing there that was 2 my or my Granddaughters liking. Yes, as the photos I took show various Crystals/Stones these imo are mostly 4 Mojo Bags, Amulets or just 2 collect. All were extremely small and not very appealing. The store 2 me appears quite depleted of what U would normally find in LG abundance in other Meta-Physical stores. There were some very nice hand wrapped necklaces right as U walk in. There was a section w/only 2 different Oils. I questioned @ 1 point about the store needing supplies, I was told due 2 Covid its been difficult to get items in. Idk about this. Bulk Herbs section was extensive but the Herbs I needed were not available. I did purchase a few Herbs rather than order online. Masking is required( which is fine) but it doesn't allow U to check the freshness of the Herbs. I purchased a couple Resins and they R old. This review is very hard for me. Not 1 Herb Jar I opened held any scent at all. All I can say is I sincerely hope that Cleos can replenish all that wasn't there, then again I'm unsure if the sparse selection is the status quo here. There appeared 2b 5 different Tarot Decks ( 1 of each ), Incense isn't the quality I'm use 2. No Charcoal Discs. I don't want to sound so negative about this review because Idk what the situation is or what the story is but all I can say is I wasn't expecting it to be lacking in such a way that left me feeling like it was a wasted effort of my time. I want to stress 2 any1 that reads this review 2 come 2 their own conclusions regarding Cleos. Far Be It from me 2 dissuade any1 from visiting the store. I truly pray 4 Blessings of Abundance on all levels...

Sad to say I can’t reply to this unprofessional response, but CLEARLY it’s going to be addressed regardless. A sign would OBVIOUSLY be hard to miss, and a review would CLEARLY NOT be necessary if it “WAS” posted on EITHER DOORS?? The sign on the front said “use back door” and the back door was locked LOL with no sign stating your falsely “updated” hours.

Also- note not everyone has Facebook? I guess this isn’t common knowledge.

Friendly advice: Learn to be a little more professional as an “owner” with your responses, rather than INSINUATING your reviewers are liars. It makes you look bad. Makes your business look bad.
