Bought a rolling machine yesterday. Was broken out of the box. Tried exchanging it an hour later just to be told all sales are final even though it says that nowhere in the store. The counter person then said it says it on the receipt that you don't receive until after you pay. Completely dishonest and I will never shop there again. Was also overcharged $3 on my item. Excellent service. By far the cleanest and most professional looking of the Wild Bills. I didn't even know it was in the plaza all tucked away. Noticed an employee cleaning the windows and I stopped in. The woman inside was very helpful and nice. Just wish there was better signage or more open windows to help notice the place. I'm upping it by one star simply because they cared enough to notice it could be better. Step one. NEVER, EVER ask a customer if they "want" their change. That's just a skeevy means of social engineering to pocket my money. Leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. I bought a pack of cigarettes, you turned around and handed me one. That is your job.
