Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rockford

Im glad they left my bread sticks and pizza sitting out on the counter while they wait for my other pizza. This location is always unprepared. I'm going to update this as I have gone back several times since but the service and quality continues to get worse and worse. Went last night and ordered 3 of the extra most bestest pizzas, which obviously are never ready here. After waiting 30 minutes I got the pizza and went home and there was literally like no cheese on the pizzas, the sauce was just gobbed on. The place is small and you can hear the manager in the back and he has no control over what goes on with his shift. If you want cheap pizza go buy frozen, I use to really like going here but now it's just God awful. Go to Fatzo's or Arenas or Hungry Howies because this location is absolutely horrible.

How is this location still running and why hasn’t management changed. Been to this location 3 times and it was a fail each time. First time to pick up an online order. No one at the counter with a full lobby. Took 15 minutes for someone to help customers. Second time to pick up a hot and ready. You guessed it, no one at the counter again and only 1 person in store. Third time, in the drive thru to pick up an online order. No one is front. 4 people in back waiting. Saw 2 drive off and if I hadn’t paid for my order, I would have driven off as well. Waited 15 minutes again until someone came to the window. This employee came with a sarcastic smile like everything was okay. Tried small talk but listen, I’m in no mood for small talk having to wait 15 minutes to be attended to.

This is what happens when you don’t have a manager present and a location ran by a bunch of irresponsible high school children who think it’s funny to make people wait. Don’t go here. Drive the extra 10 minutes to the location off...

They take expired pizza thats past the expiration n timing date.That Was removed from the heat warmer.After all its time left cold on the back table n resale it back to the customer! They claim that their manager has told them n taught they are to do that to save money for food cost! I Have watched the manager herself do this 6 out of the last 8 visits. The food is horrible n very cold.This location is know for the worst customer service. And The worst pizza ever!
