This lady right here, unsure of her name. Clearly other people have issues with her and needs to be dealt with. I’ve owned gas stations but not once would I ever hire someone for a public job but doesn’t even have basic respect for others. She has said several snarky things to not only me but to KIDS. She talks back to customers especially tries picking on the little ones. If you have a child you should NOT keep your children around this women such a negative and hateful women I walked into her screaming at a freshmen from Lincoln during my few encounters, she yelled at a kid who was just trying to buy CANDY. Let alone this placer county officers had to get called because my friend and I were getting a bag of chips with some mentos. I parked 2 minutes into the pump she tells me to leave (mind you I didn’t even open my gas tank up yet). Are you serious such a big franchise but you hire people like this. I will definitely raise awareness to this considering this is supposed to be the closest gastation near me. I’m willing to come in and make a verbal complaint too, too whoever is higher up because I would hate for my business to run down due to such negative people. The gas station and products they carry are good but the problem is this one employee it happens all the time but the other weekend me and 4 friends where sitting outside talking and she comes out and yells at us to leave but right next to us is a group of about 20 kids that had just stolen things and she lets them stay as well as every time I walk in the store she will ask for me to show her a bank statement cause she doesn’t believe I bought what i’m grabbing another instance was yesterday me and 5 friends got there 3 of us had motorcycles so we got off and started taking our gear off and she walks outside and starts yelling at us that “this isn’t a hangout” before we even had the opportunity to buy anything and proceeded to call the cops she’s called the cops on me and my friends for standing outside probably over a dozen times now while there’s people throwing things at the building and doing worse this lady needs to get help and she shouldn’t be allowed to work in...

This place was totally awesome when it opened! There was always plenty of staff, food, and everything was clean. But it had quickly devolved into low quality, never any food after work, 3 people working, no manager on site, a line of people waiting to get checked out by one person, coffee, creamer, soda, just left empty day after day. For the whole business day today, there are five people scheduled to work. FIVE. Nobody can answer simple questions about reward points, the nitro cards font work - staff can't even get their own cards to work. Such a huge disappointment and it's clear this company is trying to save a buck at the detriment to the customer experience.
