Fallsgrove Village Center — Local services in Rockville

Fallsgrove Village Center, a well planned development. This Shopping Center with amenities galore is situated very close to homes/houses /condos. This community was configured to be walkable and beyond convenient. The conveniences available include; grocery store (Safeway), numerous retail and food shops, a walking path, bike path, and behind/next to Fallsgrove Village-a housing development that is very appealing. The streets are lined with mature trees, well constructed homes that have all the appeal and an American Utopia feel. It appears that this area is an Expat area, created specifically for Expats. A very diverse community, I would say. There's a medical center/hospital within steps from Fallsgrove. I mean this neighborhood is the epitome of convenience and access. I do wonder, if the individuals who are employed in the various shops and grocery stores can afford to live in the same area where they work or do they have to make a long trek from a neighborhood that lacks all the convenience that they go to work to maintain and provide. With that being said, this area reminds me of Mason, Ohio/ Deerfield Township on the out skirts of Cincinnati, OH. Beautiful area's whose potential was realized, and by realized I mean they considered the people worthy of inhabiting a space that is safe, beautiful to the eye, and convenient. I wonder why all these great developers cannot bring themselves to demonstrate an even higher level of adequacy and civility and create communities as such all over the city, state, America. It's such a disservice to their plight when they leave 85 percent of cities undone. I know in any other arena in their life, to leave something undone when they have the time and resources speaks to their lack of motivation and incompetence.
