I would move to give them no stars in order to write this review unfortunately that is not possible. My husband picked up an order in which I had a drink. When the person called the order out to him they didn’t give him the drink. He not realizing gets all the way home and proceeds to go back to retrieve the drink which they gave him. Only to realize the rest of the order was wrong. When I attempted to call the store, I was placed on hold for quite some time before I hung up and tried again. I repeatedly called only to get no answer. When I finally did, I told the employee I was still waiting for the manager, to which she replied, “yeah, she’s really busy but I guess she will get back to you in about 10 minutes because we’re really busy.”
While I do understand employees are overworked and dealing with a lot during these difficult times, not acknowledging a customer is unacceptable. I decided to drive to the store at that point to get my money back. When I walked in there was no line and only one customer waiting to pick up their food. I love minted from the store so immediately I knew the employee and manager had lied.
The manager Katie was rude and disrespectful and acted as if her response was warranted. I know jobs apparently are not plentiful but if you lack customer service experience, try a different occupation.
Even if the employee said, “Is it ok if I take your number and she give you a call back within the next 10 minutes ?” That would have been a lot better than saying we’re busy and she will get to you in...
Read moreTypically BUZY from 7AM- 7PM Everyday. With such a Diverse Customer base, this location Ranks#1 on our list outshining it's closest Sister stores (Respectively ranking #2 & #3 are Kentlands & G-Burg Square).
Food is consistently very good across the Board. Fallsgrove being the most consistent. Orders here are served more correctly/accurately. They quality of the food served at Fallsgrove looks, smells and tastes UBER FRESH (compared to mostly fresh at the Sisters).
Most importantly elevating an issue to the Management in General at Panera can be a daunting and frustrating task. Mostly because it's during a "Rush", not a showstopper and can be successfully resolved over the phone later. On the Rare Occasion its more urgent, FEAR NOT - Unlike the other stores where you receive Satisfaction... The Management and Staff here provide a Valu-Added attitude and Mentality. Like they have received additional training and practice an Ancient, Long Lost, "Advanced Form of Service and Hospitality" along with Patience, Control and Resolution". (RE: Jonathan's $wift $ervice with a $incere $mile... PLUS a Firm Hand$hake while Fairly and $quarely looking into your eyes.)
That's why we drive the extra couple of miles to Dodge the Dangerous Demolition Derby" of a parking lot and tolerate theses , sleep derived, low blood sugrared over worked Fallsgrove...
Read moreWow... Panera has nose-dived. They used to be packed with well stocked bakery goods. It's a virtual ghost town with little effort to sustain it. There was a photo of mac and cheese that look tempting, so I ordered it. It looked nothing like the pictured item, it was gummy, pasty white cheese with shells and so dense and thick you had to use your teeth to scrape it off the spoon. On the upside, it was too heavy to eat very much of so saved many calories and heartburn. It came with a cold piece of (?) French bread, dry without butter. My husband had grilled cheese sandwich that was on bread that was way too thick for this, ultra thin layer of yellow cheese. There was no taste to either element and this sandwich was pretty cold. The broccoli cheese soup was possible but no better than Campbell's. This was a second visit in 2 weeks and on both occasions, they were vacuuming rugs right next to our table and up and down the aisle! They give you a large plastic cup to dispense your own beverage but give you a rough flimsy paper straw that collapses after a few uses. Flimsy effort at saving the environment with gigantic plastic cups and tiny paper straws. Panera used to be a treat that I would take my kids to eat occasionally, but I believe that was our last visit. It had been on a steady decline but now has...
