REBEL Convenience Stores — Local services in Rockwood

I love every member of staff at this station, & as I live a few houses down from it, I visit throughout the day and night. My boyfriend and I stopped in shortly after 2am for gas. We pulled in and parked at pump 2, as a Rockwood police officer pulled in shortly after us & rounded the parking lot, & then the restaurant next door. I went inside to pay for my gas & no one was behind the counter. So I assumed they were in the bathroom & I waited a few minutes…after a few more minutes I leaned over the counter and peaked into the office and saw a leg in my line of sight so, thinking they didn’t hear me come in I said, “Excuse me…excuse me…hello?!?!” No movement…I was very loud with the last two attempts, so, worried, I went to the end of the counter near the newspapers to see if I could see his chest rising and falling because no one should have slept thru that…but he was just KNOCKED OUT on the office desk. He always seems super tired and/or out of it, and my boyfriend knew who was working when I started to explain that someone was in there sleeping…I left and decided to go back in the morning. But anyone could walk right in and help themselves to anything they want & he would never know….wild that I applied for a job when I first moved here but this dude has one🫣

Other than tonight though, I have no complaints, I love this...

Ok first off I have to say the review isn't all bad...The girl on night shift with the blonde and dark hair, I really like her she's super sweet and friendly.. usually when I come in the cappuccino machine is down because she's cleaning it and she's always super sweet and hurries up and puts it back together for me so I can get hot chocolate.. I'm sure it's annoying but she's so friendly when doing it and I really appreciate that... But the other guy that's usually there isn't as helpful We asked if he had a certain drink in the back cooler because they were all out even though it was completely dead in the store he refused to go back and look for us.. And he was rude about it.. saying I just work here I'm not doing all the extra stuff.. only he didn't say stuff he said the other four letter word which I thought was rude because we're customers and you're literally the employee.. we've come here other times and he always just has an I don't care attitude will never check anything for us anytime we see him he's usually sitting down on the chair or on his phone not...

The establishment is decent overall. It offers a safe and clean environment, with all the pumps in working order. Typically, you can obtain a credit card receipt directly from the pump usually if you need it. Windshield wash solution is available, along with wipers and not empty. Inside the store the interior resembles the classic Speedway, stocked with a variety of food options. The cleanliness of the store indicates that the employees take pride in their work, enhancing the overall appearance. Restroom Facilities have a single restroom which sees a lot of use. While it may not be the most pristine, it is certainly not the worst. It's more of an emergency-style facility. Prices here are considered average...
