I love in-app and online shopping through Gracefully Natural 🌿! It’s very easy to navigate through the online and app. Everything is categorized nicely so when you’re looking for specific products for the bath or health it’s easy to find what you need! You’re able to access your points and rewards by just a click! The online shopping allows you to create a wishlist that way you can keep track of the items you’d like to buy next! Another great thing I love about the in app and online shopping it’s the notification boards! You’re able to scroll down through the latest updates so you don’t miss out on any upcoming sales if you haven’t seen updates from the Facebook page!! When you click on your desired product or one you’re interest in there is a full list of the benefits, ingredients, and warnings for that product so you don’t have to dig and do research in other areas to find out if that product is right for you! As far as shipping goes for me it takes up to a week or less than to receive my package. I’ve only once had to wait a little over a week and that was because of a really big sale! Any time their is an issue with an order or you are having concerns about the shipment you’re able to get in contact with the team to figure out the issue and you can get the correct contact from the app or website by clicking contact us and use the email provided to you! Overall both are amazing tools to do your gn shopping when you don’t have easy access to the in store experience!

Past review: I became a grace girl at the beginning of 2023 and have continued to go back to their products. All of the products are absolutely amazing, smell good, make you feel good, other people notice when you use the products, just all round amazing! They have a Facebook page and all Botha are great to have! The owner and all of the employees are so sweet and really make sure that you’re heard and help you to the best of their abilities. If you haven’t tried their products for starters I would recommend the lemon pound cake body cream( smells just like the name and so smooth),yoni gloss (for females), skinny pills (first purchase of mine. They give energy and help with metabolism), and the bougie b** sugar scrub. They are constantly coming out with seasonal products, kits, bringing back previous products. First off, the products from this store are so amazing. Do you want ALL NATURAL ✅products that SMELL AMAZING✅ and WORK WONDERS✅? Then you are in the right place!! I’m the few months I have known about these products, I’ve already gotten a ton of them and I can’t wait to get more! They have products for pretty much everything you can think of and they always take on new ideas and drop new products at least once a month. I currently have the “Small Yoni Kit” and the “Menstrual Cramp Relief Oil” but I have tried most of the in stock Body Butters and Scrubs . I am currently 19 and I love these products. My grandmother also loves these products and is the person who introduced me to them. I know a ton of people who have stopped buying other body care products and switched to only Gracefully Natural!! Plus they have products for ALL GENDERS AND AGES 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 including kids!!

When I say that new products come out pretty often, they just came out with a body spray today and came out with a couple products a week or two ago. They also always have Limited Edition Products that are AMAZING!

Secondly, the community behind these products are absolutely amazing and I learn so much from the people in the Gracefully Natural Group on Facebook!! If you have any x-rated questions 🤪🤫people are happy to help and if you have any questions about ANYTHING (and I mean anything 😅😉) so many people help answer! I have never had any problems with orders but I know that if people do the GN team is quick to answer and help out. Make sure you join both the FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM page so you don’t miss out on anything!!

THIRD! Shipping is super fast and they often give tracking numbers the day of or after! They almost always have sales and if they don’t you earn points for every order you make!

It’s supremely disappointing to know the amount of money we pay for Gracefully Natural’s products is not being invested in proper, safe, and sturdy seals for their products. In no way, shape, or form should they have a disclaimer on their website that you may receive less product than advertised, especially when you pay FULL price (including the sale price) for that product. Everything is super expensive these days, and folks are learning to spend strategically. So, when we splurge a little, we should never receive a half-filled or empty product container. Remember, your concern about this matter is not disputable because of the disclaimer about this issue on their website. The interesting part is if you were to order products from Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, etc., and you received them half-filled (despite the product spilling during packaging, loading, shipping, etc.) after notifying those businesses, they would reimburse you the full price that you paid for that product. I don't believe there is one person at Gracefully Natural who is comfortable or accepting of ordering from a business/establishment, receiving less product than they paid for, and not having an opportunity to be reimbursed due to this issue.

Gracefully Natural, please invest in proper seals to securely protect your products so that your customers can receive the full product as advertised on your website.
