Doesn’t even deserve one star ! The Manager Alexander is rude and cruel ! I visited the store on several occasions while he was working. Each time with different female coworkers of his , he was always saying very rude remarks to them. He doesn’t seem happy about his job or like he can handle what is clearly an overwhelming position.

I pulled up in my car and witnessed a worker leaving the store crying. Not sure why at the time , maybe a family emergency ? I walk in the store to purchase my drinks and such. There’s a hand full of people there. The manager is openly making fun of the woman who left and saying he sent her home and was degrading her appearance.

This is not a Manager and he should not be controlling the store ! The bathrooms aren’t clean, there’s crackheads all along the outside and trash everywhere. The store needs better management over all. Someone less focused on degrading women and more focused on leading and succeeding. I come in Rocky Top and LaFollette weigels almost every day. There is one specific worker with red hair named Jennifer that is absolutely the rudest person I've encountered. Everytime I'm in line she snarls that nose and rolls her eyes at me. Not to mention she stares a hole through me. I was just in Rocky Top and she did it. You have a lady working for you, I believe her name is Jennifer, who doesn’t seem to help out at all. Stopped in there for drinks waiting in a long line almost wrapped around outside and this lady keep visiting T the drink fountains and DID NOT help the young lady at the register.
