Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Rocky Top

Went through drive through for something quick to eat for three people. Had to repeat my order several times. When I get to the window I asked 3 times if I could get a couple bell dipping sauces. Was told to wait a minute. I paid for my food. Asked again about the dipping sauce. Then I was asked if I had paid for my food already? Told them yes. Then was told I'd have to pay for the sauces which is fine so I paid for 4 sauces. Was asked to pull up and they would bring my order out. I pulled up and waited almost 10 minutes before order was brought out. Pulled to the parking lot to eat. The sauces I paid for were not in the bag, so my wife went in and asked for them again and told them we already paid for four of them. The chicken liver i ordered was dried out and crunchy like it had been setting under a heat light all day, my daughter's cheese quesadilla had beef on it and my wifes chalupas was burnt and hard. Needless to say almost everything we ordered got thrown away. Was very disappointed. Have ate here many times before and the food is usually good. Not sure if we will be going to this KFC/Taco...

We ordered multiple items including 3 different Quesadillas. I told them I was missing the cheese and instead of believing me they took my bag back from me after I had already went through it, then rummaged through it. Didn’t take the correct quesadilla out but instead mine and then stuck a cheese quesadilla in here. If your workers are that worried about being wrong over a dang cheese quesadilla instead of just fixing the problem then you might want to retrain! They should NEVER take a customers food bag back and put their hands in it then hand the food right back after swapping it and touching the other items! Train your...

Always the worst always if u do go here because it's close check ur order because I promise it will be wrong normally its something small and I don't bother calling tonight I did because it was a few items missing answered with ma'am all I can do is give u a code for next time.
