We used Ryan to create a custom engagement ring and he was so great through the whole process. We brought different photos and he showed the best way to stay in budget and get the look we wanted.

We ended up getting the bands at a mall chain for a black Friday sale and one of my diamonds fell out while cleaning. He reset the diamond for us and explained that he could rebuild the jewelry if we continued to have issues.

I had Ryan solder my engagement ring to my wedding band and for whatever reason my finger swelled four times it’s size. I went to a local jeweler to have it cut off since Ryan didn’t have the tool.
