We went here tonight and stood in line with 2 people in front of use an waited about 15 min to order. Then we sat down and waited 25 min for our food. People who came in and ordered after us got their food before we did, but there was also others waiting who got there before we did. We never once heard anyone say "sorry about the wait" intel after we had got our food an started to eat. When we left we heard the manager say there was about a 20-25min wait on food. When I got my food my mac and cheese had very little cheese so it was basically just cooked noodles and steak and the bread we got was burnt, we had to pull it apart to find the little bit of each slice that was eatable.The manager was grouchy with the kid who was training in and also grouchy with the customers. I accidently said large instead of regular and she came over and very rudely said "we do not offer large here its small or regular" then she stormed away, she also kept yelling at the staff in the back. I understand with COVID everything takes a little longer but this was a little to long. Next time we will just drive a few min more and go...
Read moreI wish 0 stars was an option since I was refused service. I am 1 of 2 groups waiting to order. I approached the register , and the cashier says they are about 10 minutes behind on orders and asked if I could wait a few minutes before placing my order. My wife is in the bathroom with our 2 kids so I said sure no problem. I stand in line for about 5 minutes, being completely ignored by all the employees. Not a big deal since I know they are catching up. All of the sudden a lady emerged from the kitchen and said they are full of orders and all registers are closed. I said excuse me, the person in front of me was served, and the person working the register asked me to wait a few minutes, if you were closing the register for the night, why not tell me that 10 minutes ago. I was told "Nothing we can do sorry." Clearly they all knew I was there, and knew I waited for about 10 minutes before being told they were too busy. We travel through Rogers alot, Noodles will be very far down on our list...
Read moreI went there after work on Monday April 15 and was very disapointed in the service. when i wrnt to slide my card thier computer screen froze which ended up ultimately giving me $19 pending transactiin on my card. I sat there for an adfitional 20 minutes waiting for the transaction to cancel and watched while they serviced 3 other customers while i waited. The transaction never canceled for food i never received. i was so frustrated i went to chipolte next door and used the same card with no problem. 2 days later i looked at my bank account and discovered that my card was completely charged and i had to call them and go out in the rain just to get a refund. This was terrible service and a terrible experience. Very disapointed in how things were handeled. it was nice of the manager that issued the refund to give me 2 vouchers for noodle bowels....but honestly, i wont be using those free...
