I went to amber at hair focus looking for a new hair stylist and for lack of better words I just need to keep looking. I asked for black hair with light brown highlights not a lot just some face framing ones and some curtain bangs or for her just to fix the ones I had and told her I’m not a short hair person so just a trim is all I needed. She did the complete opposite of everything I asked for. She gave me dark brown hair with blonde highlights a lot more than what I asked for and I practically look blonde with chunky brown parts and my bangs are almost completely brown my hair is much shorter than I wanted and my bangs are so choppy and blunt for my liking I tried to be nice truly and I asked for a partial refund because I needed to get my hair fixed and she charged me $200 she said no and proceeded to block me mind you I sat in her chair for 6 hours and watched 3 other clients of another hair stylist walk out happy I’m very disappointed and I’d give this girl 0 stars if I could I’m not usually a rude person but my hair is ruined for my birthday and I’m having to wear headbands to cover the bands DO NOT GO TO AMBER go to a...

I've been looking for a new place and finally found it here with Debra. I've never had so many compliments and questions as to who/where I got my hair done from family, friends, even strangers!! My favorite color and outcome I've ever had. I was getting blonde hair color, cut, layer, the works and she took the whole afternoon for just me and made me feel like I was hanging out with a friend. She’s thorough, honest, personable, professional, patient, she loves what she does, she truly cares and wants you to love your hair!
