Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Rogersville

I would give a higher star rating but the past couple times we come to this pizza plus we end up having to have a pizza remade. We always get a specialty and a one topping pizza. One topping pizza is always right, but when we order our specialty we get the super deluxe with no pepperoni, no ham, and no sausage. We add banana peppers to it. So the only meat that is suppose to be on the pizza is hamburger unless we ask for chicken or anchovies. They have been making it with all meat toppings. We don't eat pork products due to religion that's why we have it removed. If we could get pizza right the first time and not have to sit and wait for a pizza to be remade I would have given a bigger star rating. So we walk in and the Manager I gather 30ish with a bob haircut blackish brown at about 12:15 p.m. on Sunday 04.21.24 was so rude. We put in an online order with delivery. 1st off, it took over an hour in a half to get. The delivery person was nice not the problem. We ordered a large veggie, 1/2 with cheese 1/2 with out. It had cheese all over and 1-2 with veggies. Paid full price for this as well. Called the store and the girl that answered the phone told the person she was talking to that she knew it. They made it wrong and sent it anyway. She took my name and number down so the manager, who was the one to make our order, to call me back. Here it is the next day and he never called.
