First off ill say that Bronson is top notch for hair and beards, BUT Heather on the salon side has duped me out of a gift certificate well over 100$ of my hard earned money even after ive referred dozens of clients there. Purchased this "gift certificate" sometime in decmber 2021 and was told it had a 1 year validation. She tried making an appointment so she would be all gussied up for the holidays all throughout november of 2022 (still inside of a year) to no avail heather never had an opening but assured her she would call back with a date set in stone so she could still use the certificate. December comes around and finally mother calls her back leaves message and then gets a text return explaining some things and assured it would be soon before christmas. This hair stylist has seen me through two medical degrees, a wedding, and multiple moves—what I’m saying is that quality this good isn’t something you give up regardless of distance or schedules. I drive close to 2 hrs one way to have Erika do my hair and have been for over 6 years. I’ve never left wishing my hair looked better, and I’ve never been worried about how the color would turn out.
