Had a very bad experience dealing with a female employee over the phone. I ordered a sympathy arrangement online from this store to be delivered in a nearby town. Maybe an hour later I received a call that my order came through but no payment was made, stating that their website does not process house accounts. I explained I used Apple Pay for the transaction. She continued arguing with me that I had not made a payment. She added that there would also be an additional $30 charge to deliver. At that point I said cancel the transaction. I didnât mind the $30 additional charge, but I knew I had already paid. Later on, I checked my AMEX card and sure enough, the pending charge for this company was showing. I called back and the same female employee answered. I explained that I had found the transaction and had indeed paid. She explained that she noticed the payment after further inspection on her end. I told her I wanted the payment cancelled as I had already purchased flowers through another store. She was extremely argumentative, incredibly rude and when I asked for a manager, she said she was the manager. I had every right to demand an email stating the item was being cancelled and definitely to see the transaction reversed! Do yourself a favor and do not order flowers here. I was told the florist contacted my family, and they worked out another date? However at this time they still have not received the flowers. My issues started after though. Rather than create another bouquet and attempt to redeliver them, we were told that the bouquet would be sold in store, ok no problem. Rather than just create another set, however, on the date discussed directly with my family, we were told we needed to buy and place another, new order. We understand this is apart of their business practices, however I have not received my refund from the first pricey set as discussed and confirmed with the shop. I will not be placing another order until this is corrected. After that initial conversation informing us of them being delivered another day, there has been zero contact. We have called, left messages, and sent emails multiple days in a row now with no luck. Very disappointed with the outcome, especially with the lack of communication...

I didn't want a major delivery company to deliver I wanted a local florist. I found The Country Florist and called to request flowers. The website didn't really show sympathy arrangements. I told Lillian exactly what I wanted and asked if she would send me a picture. She agreed and she put together a beautiful arrangement. It was perfect. Lillian was kind, friendly and professional.
