7-Eleven — Local services in Rohnert Park

Would give them no star's if possible. Been going to this seven eleven for years though not sure why. Maybe cuz it's the only seven eleven in town and only store open late night.

It appears t be standard practice to charge double on EBT and double or extra on credit cards. Not saying cash transactions are not exempt it's just not every single time. All items are taxed even none taxable food items. Them pretend to not understand English when confronted and often kick you out of the store for asking why your paying so much more than the advertisement.

What they are doing is wrong. It is stealing but they have been doing this for years and haven't been held accountable. People on EBT should have access to those funds. Not to mention the theft to EBT. Those of us that pay with hard earned money don't appreciate getting ripped off either. Even watched them rip off local homeless on may occasions. Personally I am sick of there behavior and will not be returning to this...

Their air pump automatically fills your tire to a preset PSI, they've been doing a campaign where money raised from gas goes to planting trees, but more than anything there's this person who works there named Bobby, he's in there all the time and is once of the nicest, most helpful workers I've ever encountered, and I will definitely continue to use the store regularly so long...

I’ve never had an issue with any of the employees until today. They’re all super kind and helpful, accept today, as another person mentioned, one called my authentic out-of-state ID “fake” and was incredibly rude, not allowing me to complete my purchase. I understand it’s a college town with underage students but...
