Pizza Guys — Restaurant in Rohnert Park

My name is Beatrice I order for delivery often with my family and friends especially for last minute celebrations and sometimes because of family’s major pizza guys request. So ordering from pizza guys in Cotati is preteen and parent approved! The prices are awesome and fair, and if not to you then use their awesome coupons! Because delivery is quick, food is always hot and fresh, 2liters including salads are always refrigerated cold, then lastly you can trust desserts to be as sweet and courteous as the person who takes the order on the phone to the man who delivers to us every time. All and all they totally deserve a higher rating than 5 stars alone! I highly recommend if you’re ordering something new for the first time and you’re a bread fan just get the Garlic Bread Cheesey rolls 😋 we used to order a lot in Santa Rosa as well, when we lived there and it was also the same! Absolutely awesome and down to earth good...

This was my first time eating at pizza guys ever. I ordered 1 pizza and cinnamon twists for pick up. I waited 20 mins past my promise time but the worker was very nice about it and i was understanding when he said sorry and they were busy tonight. He offered me a drink and kept me updated on how long until my pizza was done. When i get home we realize The pizza dough was extreamly raw at the crust. By extreamly i mean 95% raw. They also didnt put canadian bacon on the Hawaiian pizza and they forgot the icing for the cinnemom twist. Ive never taken food back before anywhere but this time i did because of the 4 issues i experienced during my first visit to the establishment, it was just too much. The worker apologized and offered to make another pizza which i declined and got a full refund. He also said he didnt forget the icing for the twists, that they were just out of it. I ordered pizza while at the gas station I'm the same parking lot. When I arrived at the restaurant I was early (obviously) and my food was not quite ready. The gentleman who greeted me was so gracious and apologized for the wait. Very sweet in explaining to me that it would be about 4-5 more minutes. Definitely not a problem. When my food was ready, they were again so very nice and apologized for the wait (literally not an issue and really no wait in my mind). I love some amazing and friendly customer service. Pizza Guys has been a favorite chain of mine since I was a child - so excited to have one now in Cotati and with this awesome service - I'm recommending you all to everyone I know!
