This is by far the worst truck repair shop I’ve ever dealt with. I told them exactly what the problem was, but they ignored me completely and acted like they knew better. Turns out, I was 100% right — and they wasted my entire day proving it. These people have zero professionalism, zero respect, and zero clue about customer service. Came to replace a tire on the trailer, initial wait time they gave me was 4-5 hours I said sure, waited 5 hours went back to check on the wait time all of a sudden I had to wait an extra 2-3 hours I said fine waited 5 more hours! When I went back to check with them they said they were closing and I had to wait until the morning!!!
