Bojangles — Restaurant in Georgia

Placed order arrived at window and young girl acted as if she didn't want to take my money. Handed change back almost throwing it to keep from touching me. Rolled her eyes at me. Once she handed my food out she withdrew her hands to her chest as if I was nasty. When I was pulling away from the window then she bucked her eyes like to try me. Didn't understand. I called, got the manager told her black people are not poison. What else could it be. I had done nothing, behaved normal. She had the owner call and he said that ain't it. Your car was smoking and it was making her sick. That made the way she acted ok. Want get another dime of my money. My car did smoke a little. Even so rolling and bucking eyes are just not acceptable. Why didn't she hold her nose? I know why and she do too. I saw her and God did too. Liar! RUDEST EVER!!! The owner was the worst! I do not recommend ever going here. He was so rude upon pulling up to the window and asking for bo rounds instead of fries that he was flinging his arms repeatedly. I then asked if he was the manager and he was screaming over and over how hes been the owner for 43 or 46 years ( cant quite remember which) we asked for a refund it was so terrible and he said gladly and slammed window in our face. Attitudes like his is what gets people hurt. Im surprised hes made it in this bisiness for so long. Will never go back here even though bojangles has our favorite biscuits. I definitely suggest McDs next door over this place. I feel sorry for the young workers here. I can't even imagine how they are talked to. ...

Moved out in this area 5 years ago. Everytime I've been, but 2, they got my order wrong. As others have said, about orders and customer service, I fully agree. Some of the rudest people I've ever encountered at a drive thru. The manager (at my last time..about a year ago) was the rudest..acted very unprofessional from speaker to window. I was shocked. He even threatened to throw a drink at me with my 10 and 4 year old granddaughters in the vehicle. I see exactly why the younger girls there acted so rudely.
