I had a great experience with Zach during my visit to the Rockton location. When I wandered into the store, I was immediately greeted with a "Hello, How can we help you?". The reason for my visit was new windshield wipers. When I inquired if someone was available to help me install them, Zach kindly offered and out we went. In the past, I've always stumbled over installing wiper blades, so I got a super quick tutorial on the first side, and off I went on the second one with encouragement from Zach! He even handed me his personal car keys to flip the small lever more easily. The great news is I have new wiper blades, the bad news is I walked off with Zach's keys. I immediately called to notify him and made a second trip in to return his personal car keys and we both chuckled. I've been in to the location before, and always had a pleasant experience, but tonight was above and beyond. Read moreHad a battery emergency at work. My car wouldn't start and the battery seemed to not be holding a charge. I went in and spoke with Andrew, he then did multiple diagnostic checks to verify that it was in fact the battery causing issues and not the alternator. The terminal hardware was toast so Andrew with the help of Zack came up with a fix that worked perfect (no one carries that factory terminals/cables). They helped pull the battery and resecure all the hardware and got me back on the road with a properly starting car. These guys are life savers. Andrew, even found the best deal on a battery to help keep the cost affordable. Big thanks to Andrew and Zack, customer service was a 10/10. Give these guys a bonus. Read moreMy daughter pulled over at this Autozone after she got a weird warning light on her Prius...the check engine light came on too. We were traveling behind her, so we stopped as well. An employee (Anthony) just happened to be walking outside to take the trash out and saw us looking at her car and asked us if he could help. We told him what the warning light said, and he immediately knew what was wrong ( it was the grille shutter), but that our daughter could still drive her car. He said that the check engine light most likely was because of the same issue, but he offered to use the diagnostic tool to check and make sure. It turned out that he was right, and that our daughter was able to safely drive her car home. Anthony is awesome! He deserves a raise or a bonus for his excellent customer...
