Not sure if anyone goes to the tmobile in Roscoe by Walmart but I just had the worst experiencwe with an employee by the name of Eric. A few weeks ago we switched my husband to Verizon and they said they would pay off his phone if he gets the payoff amount in 30 days. We had issues getting it because of an address change and a Verizon store could not print it out since the account was no longer active. We finally got it today in the mail and brought it in. Eric was very nice when he switched the line over but today the other gentleman said Eric made a mistake with the promotion and they could not pay the phone off because the bill was 3 days late. When my husband came home I called because I was confused. I told Eric he never explained to us that the bill could not be a day past due to have the promotion. I said I can pay the bill right now. He interrupted and said nope it's to late. I said can you switch his account back to Verizon he said not my problem and hung up on me. I called back to ask for his name. He refused to give it to me and hung up again. I called a third time and the other employee answered. I said can I have the managers name. He told me. Read moreStaff are RUDE, confrontational and unhelpful. I purchased a phone and in the bag were 3 trackers , a $42 screen protector and my phone. Was told the trackers were free. Figured the screen protector was as well but we got charged for that. Okay that was a nice protector. Also was billed for protection insurance which we said we did not want. First time into store to resolve issues Iwas told I had to come back when the guy that waited on us is there. I called customer service and they took the protection insurance off right away. I went into the store to return the trackers that cost $2 each a month which we wont use. I was told by Mr RUDE that there is a $20 restocking fee PER tracker. I understand that he said its policy and he cant do anything about it but the guy needs some people skills. Called Customer care again and they did confirm that yes its $20 per tracker to restock. Read moreI am very late posting this review but knew I couldn't forget to make the shout out! My experience switching from Verizon for phone and Spectrum for internet was fantastic and in the long run will save me a significant amount each month.
Leslie was the absolute best in getting the process started and helping me get the best of what TMobile had to offer! He was knowledgeable, kind, patient & fun to work with! Couldn't have asked for better!
I then came in a few days later to add my mom to the plan and get her a new phone as well. Ruben and Rodrigo were fantastic and VERY patient with her, which was so appreciated! Funny guys too!!
Overall, the best cell service I've ever had and I've used a couple of the big ones. Highly recommend if you are looking for personalized service and reps that really want to help you meet your needs! You guys are freaking...
