I had high expectations for my meal, but unfortunately, the service and food quality fell short. First and foremost, I specifically requested that my items not include sour cream or tomatoes. However, when I received my order, I found that both ingredients were present on multiple items. This oversight is particularly frustrating when customers make specific requests to avoid certain toppings due to personal preferences or dietary restrictions. Additionally, the deluxe box I ordered was mixed up with incorrect items. It’s disappointing to pay for a deluxe box only to find that the contents do not match what was advertised or what I expected. This kind of mix-up can ruin the overall dining experience, especially when one is looking forward to enjoying a particular combination of flavors. Another major issue was with the Beefy Five-Layer Burrito. I paid for this item expecting it to come with nacho cheese as part of its standard preparation. To my dismay, there was no nacho cheese included in my burrito, which significantly impacted its taste and texture. The absence of this key ingredient made the burrito less enjoyable than anticipated. Moreover, there were missing items from my deluxe box that I had paid for. It is incredibly frustrating to realize that you are missing components of your meal after you have already left the restaurant. This lack of attention to detail suggests a broader issue with order accuracy at this location. To add insult to injury, I had paid extra for avocado verde sauce but discovered upon receiving my order that it was forgotten entirely. After realizing this oversight, I had no choice but to turn back around and return to the restaurant just to retrieve an item that should have been included in my original order. This added inconvenience further detracted from what should have been a simple dining experience. In summary, my visit to Taco Bell was marred by multiple errors including incorrect toppings on items despite specific requests, confusion regarding the contents of the deluxe box, missing ingredients from key menu items, and additional charges for items that were not provided initially. These issues reflect poorly on the establishment’s commitment to customer satisfaction and quality control. Read moreI first did a order online for pick up, but then realized my vehicle would not start so I called Taco Bell of course the first two times nobody answered the phone so I decided to order with delivery so I was not able to cancel my pick up order online, so I tried to call the store again then a guy named Mike who says he is the manager Answered the phone and said anything done online would not be able to be canceled So of course, I did the Help thing online and let them know that two needs to be canceled and my car needed to be refunded. No email response no nothing so when I finally received my delivery order it was wrong so I called the store and first he couldn’t find my order then he finally said he could go ahead and remake it and I could come pick it up then I said OK. I did a delivery order due to that. I cannot pick up my order and he said he can only offer that or put it in the book so I can get it another day so I said OK put it in the book Then I realized that The order I received was actually my pick up order. I was charged for both orders so I called the next day and again Mike answered said he is the manager but would not give me his name at first he said his name is irrelevant so I assume that he’s probably not the manager so again he told me there’s nothing he can do and I said so why what am I supposed to do about getting charged twice? He said I need to do it online. I also explained to him that is not able to cancel it online and how I would get charged for a order that never left the store. Read moreThis used to be a very good Taco Bell. Lately though, it has really gone downhill. Order accuracy, food and drink quality, and drive thru speed have all gone down significantly especially the last few visits. This used to be my preferred restaurant but now I'll think I'll go elsewhere.
UPDATE 4-3-2025 This is the last time we will be going to this location for quite a long while. Changing my review of Service and Atmosphere to 1 star. Today we went there and they forgot two items on my order so I ended up having to go back in after going to the drive thru. Took a little bit to be acknowledged at the counter as employees were busy filling drive thru orders. I told the girl that came up what the problem was and she proceeded to put in an order for my missing items, then went back to fulfilling drive thru orders. I wouldn't have had a problem with this except it took quite a long time for my missing items to be made while my food was sitting there getting cold (I had brought the rest of the order with me in case they wanted to verify that the items were missing). After several more drive thru orders were fulfilled, my missing items were finally made. I felt like the employees were more concerned with getting other orders out rather than fixing their mistake and making sure the customer was satisfied. Thankfully the food was good but not wrapped up very well so it was a little messy.
