Douglas County Speedway at the Douglas County Fairgrounds — Local services in Roseburg

We were highly disappointed that people were allowed to bring in chairs. The person sitting next to me was in a chair with a table attached. Every time he got up he up the tray down and then put it back up dinking me in the head every time all the seats behind him had to stand to see most of the race. Also why was the 50 50 announced after the race was over and we were in the parking lot. We could not be parked in handicapped parking as it was full. The loud speaker system could not be heard very well either. Love going to the races but would like to see some...
