I went in with my grandma to switch out my hoop for a stud. Mainly because I was peirced for a stud and missed the dainty style it provided. When we got there, there was a good size line (maybe 4 people in front of me). I was expecting a wait but not as long as I had to. We sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes due to the piercer and clients just sitting and swapping story’s/photos from their phones back and forth after the job was done. Every other place I have been if there is a line and people have been waiting for long periods of time, they get their work done and send the client on their way. During our wait one worker went out front RIGHT BY THE DOOR and lit a cigarette. When he was finished he waited to put it out until he opened the door. Allowing smoke to come into the shop. My grandma has had lung cancer in both lungs and already has a hard enough time breathing so the smoke coming in made it harder and she started choking. Not only that but a lot of people just cant handle the smell of smoke. Like me. For some that itself is enough to make the experience bad. This place is amazeballs. I love that High Priestess is open 7 days a week, and has later evening appointments. They also take walkins first come first serve. I visited the Roseburg shop. It's super clean and a pleasant atmosphere in general. The receptionist during my visit was so great. I really felt so welcome, I was astounded by how friendly everyone was. As far as reception being the face of the business she is perfect for the job. My artist was Rusty, I HIGHLY recommend him. I love this guy! Rusty clearly has a ton of experience and does good work too. I'm so happy with my ink. I emailed him the idea; he did everything perfectly, and helped guide me on a couple things I wasn't sure about. I was really comfortable, and stoked about the cost and efficiency. By far the best experience I've had getting a tattoo. Not bad for my first trip to Roseburg. I can't wait to come back....

Worst experience ever! Excessively long wait for jewelry, over 6 months. When jewelry finally did arrive they put the wrong cheaper size in my ear(they ordered the wrong piece) and when I called numerous times trying to talk to someone they blamed the manufacturer. My other piece of white gold which cost over a hundred fell out in less than a week. Tried to call the manager about the rude and incompetent staff with no response or call back. Treated my children like second class citizens, wanting them to sit in a back corner away from where I was looking at the jewelry. They changed the agreed prices on the jewelry when they arrived. Finally decided to get my deposit back, they shorted me $15 and I had to fight to get anything back. It was followed up with a nasty and disrespectful e-mail from the manager I had been trying to talk to for months. Waste your money...
