Sunrise Village Apartments — Local services in Roselle Park

My honest feedback. I currently live here. Rental process is very efficient, every time I need something the maintenance comes and fixed. Roselle Park is a nice town to be. If you are moving in, check carefully who your neighbors are going to be, and pick 3rd floor. The management can be not too polite or uneducated sometimes. A lot of people from India and another countries. The management tries to keep under control but they are some people who are just unique, they drive in the wrong way. Long story short my loss, your win. If you can find another building with better reviews, please consider other option.

I will update my review accordingly, I am not looking to damage the reputation of the building, but I wish I have read the reviews before signing the contract.

Pros: maintenance, hot and cold water included, gas included, 1 parking spot included, Verizon cables ready for connection. Landscaping regularly, laundry rooms available.

Cons: not decent people included, unpolite management included. Noisy neighbors included, and management don’t enforce quite hours rules. Y ** MANAGEMENT DOESN’t ENFORCE QUITE...

Hello, I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out to report a recurring issue with the building superintendent, Carlos. His behavior has been very unprofessional. He consistently delays repairs unless he is given a tip, and there have been incidents where residents believe personal items have gone missing when he enters apartments.

Additionally, he often claims to be busy, but the maintenance requests remain unattended for long periods. This has created a very uncomfortable and frustrating environment in the building.

I am asking for this issue to be addressed as soon as possible. Residents deserve proper maintenance and a respectful, professional superintendent.

Huge rat problem and the workers are no help what's so ever just walking around collecting a check . The walls are paper thin you can hear everything from upstairs to the next door neighbor. Water is constantly being shut off every month. The parking is ridiculous and the town comes up with a new reason why you can't part on surrounding streets every year. Like I said before HUGE problem with rodents everyone has been complaining about it for years and they act oblivious. When they finally get to your apartment they expect you to do all the work. This place is in desperate need of new management. Don't try an order takeout because all the number on the buildings...
