I’ve been in this store a few times yes the items are in good condition and the store is clean and organized and I can understand wanting to keep it that way, I also understand some parents leave kids unattended but I didn’t I was right by the front door looking at some new born stuff while my boys went to go look at a toy that I told them to choose the one they want they are in my sight and I’m in the sight of them an employee decided to take a toy out of my child’s hands and told me that they can’t touch the stuff I told her I told them to pick something out anyways her approach to my children was rude and snotty I walked out told her she lost business today in a store that is already empty another customer thought I was being rude but I’m sure they wouldn’t appreciated someone being snotty to their child who by the way is autistic but I guess there is no compassion here but your store is clean just not courteous, next time approach the parent not the child.
Reply to your response, the thing about autism it’s not worn on the sleeves like a child with Down syndrome, but also I don’t expect you to be aware of every child with an invisible disorder, so a bit unfair putting it out there, my two year old barely started speaking and I rarely take my child out shopping with me because it’s a bit hard and sometimes discouraging especially with experiences like this, I have certain places I take him because the owners and staff are understanding more because he’s a two year old and just seems rambunctious, I had my other son whom stayed home that day he was next to him and I was right there in sight a few feet away at the NB holiday display you had was no need to ask them where is mommy when you could clearly see me, they where not being rough or horse playing my children are very welled manner and sometimes I learn from them, I am very protective and when you approached them instead of me it was unsettling, you see there are plenty of parents who take responsibility of their children had they broke anything I would have bought it because I will always first support small businesses, I was right there and it’s very important that you approach the parent because a lot of us are...
Read moreI drove all the way from Bay City to Rosenberg just to come drop some clothes off and run an extra errand. I dropped off 1 basket of clothes at 2. The lady told me she would call when they're done. The store had no customers other than myself, so I walked around the store because I thought maybe it wouldn't take long. I shop at the Pearland store often and the longest I've had to wait is 20-30 minutes and that store is ALWAYS busy. I shopped around for 20-30 minutes, then checked up on the girls to see if they had got to it yet. 1 girl was going through a box and tagging items, while the other was in between taking photos of clothes and whatever else she was doing. Since they didn't get to my clothes yet, I put the items I picked out back on the rack and left. I figured I would give them some time to work. I came back at 4:30. My basket is still on the floor, untouched. One of the girls asked if that was mine and told me she was going through 4 boxes a woman had brought in. I saw these boxes and they weren't very big, so I'm not sure why it was taking her so long to go through them. I picked up my basket, thanked her and walked out. I understand if you're short handed and have several tasks to get done in a day, but there was 2 girls there and I'm under the impression that it was a slow day from the chit chatting I witnessed and the empty parking lot. I know she probably didn't accept all 4 boxes of clothes, so she should have gone through the boxes, set aside what she was going to keep and moved on. I'm going to assume that tagging is not priority. I cannot begin to explain my frustration and disappointment. I will not be shopping at this...
Read morethe store has good things such as cleanliness and order but the staff that attends when you are going to sell the items pay you less than 50% or 30% of the good conditions in which the items are found when I looked inside the store there were items that were not in such good condition compared to the things I had to sell them and the staff does not explain to you with Clarity How does the purchase of your items work and they only offer you what those people think your items might cost there is a standard basis in which they tell you how much they offer you for each thing or on what they are based to buy the items, even in use the items are in good condition, they do not give you a ticket of what they bought you, nor What, or how much was it offered to you? I spoke and wrote emails so that they will explain me and I NEVER received an answer. I also called the store asking for the staff that speaks in Spanish and they DENIED that there were people who spoke in Spanish when I went to the store. There was a lady from the staff I spoke in Spanish, and my sale was finalized by a Ms. Elyza. My first experience BAD! I would never go to that store again, or recommend it, or sell or buy, even if it was...
