every time I try this Feng Cha (It’s the closest one near me) They always changed what milks they have. Last time I came here I got it with coconut milk and the next time I came here they said they’ve never had coconut milk. And then I showed them their menu and then they said oh I think we do have coconut milk.

This time I came back to try it again, even though I normally go to the one in Richmond, even though it’s farther away…. And I got it with almond milk at this location before I even ordered it on Uber eats with almond milk From this exact location… And now they’re saying they never had almond milk. It would be one thing to say they’re out but to claim I never got this specific drink before is crazy. (Also I get boba every single day) So I know which location has what.

I’ll just continue to drive to Richmond to...

I stopped by on my way to pick up my son from school and, unfortunately, made the mistake of not checking the ingredients of my drink beforehand. It had grapefruit, which has never been a flavor I enjoy. After tasting it down the road, I realized I just couldn’t get past it.

I called the store, and they answered quickly. When I explained the situation, they kindly allowed me to return two of the three drinks. I went back with my son, and they replaced them without hesitation. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service, especially since the mistake was on my part.
