My husband bought me a birthday flower arrangement from their cooler. The flowers must have been old or very low quality. He paid a significant amount of money for the flowers. However, they were beautiful but only for one day. The flowers started wilting on the next day and it was downhill from there. I left a voice message on Saturday because I didn’t realize they close at 2pm. I never received a call back on Monday. So I called on Monday afternoon and they asked for a picture of the flowers and the receipt. They agreed to freshen the flowers up. But they replaced the wilted ones with other flowers because they no longer had some of the original flowers. However, the next day the roses started wilting. We usually purchase our flowers from other businesses for a much lesser price and they always last longer than this. I’m sorry but this is very upsetting. My husband nor I will be purchasing flowers from Terra Flora again. The quality of the flowers did not match the price he paid for my birthday arrangement.

You did replace some of the flowers and thank you for doing that as you should have. A bad review was given because the product sold was not worth the price paid. It was the quality of the flowers because the flowers have been kept in a cool environment. I receive flowers every year on my birthday and this has never happened before hence the bad review. Truly amazed by their work, we ordered flowers recently from a online website and they were horrible all the flowers were dead and it was just no where near what we ordered. I called and they said come in and lets see what i can do for you and they fixed my original order that DID NOT come from them and made it so beautiful! We called the company we ordered from and let them know how disappointed we were by their service and false advertisement well they ended up sending out another bouquet of flowers and it just so happened to come from Terra Flora this time and we are over the top amazed at the quality of work they put into their stuff and how heartfelt it is to have gotten such a beautiful bouquet and without even knowing who it was for and that just a few days before they flixed the websites mistake! One of the best last-minute rescue experiences of all times!!! I was led to Terra Flora, as if by the angels. I learned of a friend's funeral service at the extreme last minute and wanted so much to send, not just a floral arrangement, but a GLORIOUS, large standing spray to honor this wonderful, wonderful lady. At 1:00 pm, the day BEFORE the Saturday morning (10:00!) funeral service, I called Terra Flora and spoke to Adam, who, after hearing of my dilemma, agreed, without hesitancy, to assist me in this endeavor, despite being in the absolute throes of an extremely busy Friday afternoon. The standing arrangement was gorgeous and, was, of course, delivered well before the morning service began. -- What makes all the difference in this life, are the souls who are willing to go above and beyond for another human being.
