Their online ordering system is super simple to use, with lots of great deals listed. We came to pick up a few items and ended up staying to talk with the staff, ask questions, and take it all in. Our budtender Nikki was amazing, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited about the products.

The selection? Massive. They offer both deli-style and prepackaged flower, with a ton of well-loved Michigan strains on hand. We purchased several pre-rolls from their in-house brand, Herb Wealth, and let me tell you, they were flavorful, potent, and well-priced. We’ll absolutely be back for more.

The concentrate and edible offerings were just as strong, and they even have a medical section (huge plus!). While we’d love to see full-spectrum RSO on the shelves (the medical glue, in our opinion), they do have RSO tablets and edibles available and mentioned they’re working on expanding the full-spectrum offerings soon.

One standout innovation? Weedbachi. GAZZZ is the first in the nation to offer this custom rolling experience. Buy flower in-store and you can have it rolled right there with options for wrap types, tips (glass, wood, flavored), and even infused “donut” styles with concentrates. It’s part show, part personalization, and totally impressive.

It’s clear the staff—from security, to receptionist, to budtenders, share a passion for what they do. My girl Sarah hooked me up! She mentioned shes been in the industry a good bit, but newer with being a bud tender, but i could tell by her confidence, knowledge, and personal unbiased opinions with every product i inquired about, that she was a great wealth of information, let alone the impressive wide range of fresh quality inventory. Best of all, Sarah wasn't rushing me at the least, she wasn't being pushy and annoying by showing me things i had no interest in or trying to hard to upsell me. Sarah made the experience very comfortable, she was actually very welcoming, easy to make small talk with in general, and had lots of input about my usual go to picks and past items i tried in the past, she also gave great recommendations about different brands and items that caught my interest. The whole atmosphere was a considerably welcoming and friendly environment being helped by Sarah. I was impressed to see all the other employees were noticeably more interested in being engaged with the costomers, all the while allowing you to still have your space but not be quickly forgotten about.. Unike most other bud shops where it feels like your always being pressed and hustled to boost sales their sales and you're left feeling as more of a bother then a valued client. I had stopped by and was coming in as a first time patient I was very dissatisfied and very discouraged from coming back to there!!!!!!! I walked into the building with my Pomeranian Maltese Lil puppy in his bubble carrying case and before I was even greeted a hello, hi as the receptionist/Bartender walk out I hear a man’s voice say something like “ IF ITS NOT A SERVICE DOG IT CANT COME IN HERE” and the way I heard him said it was totally unacceptable and very unappreciated!!!!! Due to the fact that by law, you have no right to ask me about is that a Service animal or not !!!!!!! and also there is no sign stating that pets cannot come into the facility unless it’s a service animal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I also stopped by this dispensary to also ask do they support small businesses because I sell cake pops and I am the cake pop lady Char…… I did talk to the manager and Just didn’t empathize with me enough about how I felt about the situation. 90% of the dispensaries around this dispensary, allow service animal and Pet animals!!!!! just nothing too crazy lol They also have treats for the little doggies, unlike this place that only has bad vibes for animals. My dog is like my son. My dog is my emotional support animal!!!!!!!! I live right down the street from this place and after the encounter I had this morning I just prefer to keep going to King Of Budz!!!!!!!
