Let me try to make this really clear; this restaurant’s staff is inept and incapable of following directions. Taking orders are not difficult if you focus and think but apparently the women behind the counter can do neither. Whoever man’s the microphone for the drive-thru needs to pay attention and learn to listen when an order is given so I do not have to repeat it three times, and I don’t think the woman taking orders of her microphone is capable of speaking English either, so that would be a good skill to have in this job. This morning I had to repeat my order three times and my order was still wrong. Heading to work this morning, I thought I would give this place another chance so I stopped after refusing to return to this place months ago. I order a sesame seed bagel, toasted with butter and cream cheese, a large one and one, and a plain donut. The staff got the donut part right. The bagel was NOT TOASTED NOR HAD ANY BUTTER and my coffee? It was tannish-white (10% coffee) and my guess is that it was filled with 90% cream and it also tasted like it had a half-cup of sugar added to it. ATTENTION STAFF: Do you people understand what a large one and one means? It means ONE TEASPOON OF SUGAR AND ONE TEASPOON OF CREAM. When I got to work this morning, I poured out over half of my coffee and refilled it with our office coffee. The bagel? Overloaded with crème cheese and was basically a large mess not worth eating. This will be the last time I spend my money and time at this place until they get new employee’s that can follow simple directions and do their jobs well. Unfortunately these poor service issues have increased exponentially in Roseville and Clinton Township and other areas the past couple of years and from what I read online, it’s becoming a big problem throughout...
Read moreFrequent customer of various Tim Hortons locations for many years. Coming here during the early bird hours for a few months, and things have been more and more inconsistent at this location lately. Chronic random open times posted on drive thru signs, sudden closures due to short staff, etc. are some logistics examples. A couple times I've visited, the lights are on in the building, the "Open" sign is on, the drive thru menu is on, but nobody is home. Not even a parked car. It's 545, and per their hours, they open at 530. Another is, well, the coffee. I have the same standard coffee I have always ordered for a long time that includes the same amount of cream/sugar, and at this location, the flavor changes every time. Sometimes the coffee is burnt tasting, sometimes there wasn't any cream, sometimes there's coffee grounds floating all over, sometimes there was no cream/sugar at all. (And a couple occasions, the cup is less than half full.) Not sure if the openers need a refresher on the measures for the coffee/toppings or something. I'm going to take my business elsewhere, down the street, where things are much more consistent, like their opening hours. There, every time my order is made, it tastes exactly what it should be, as many other locations have done. The coffee is also 20...
Read moreI placed an order online on 03/15/2022. After 30 minutes I pulled up to the drive thru and told the employee that I placed an order online. They told me to pull up to the window. There were four employees at the window and no other customers. My order was not ready. They told me that they had three DoorDash orders that were all canceled. I told them that I placed my order online, not through DoorDash. One of the employees walked to the window with a ticket/printout and gave it to the other employee at the window. She told me that I placed my order at another Tim Horton’s. I looked at the paper and told them that the order on that paper wasn’t mines. I assured her that I did not place my order at a different location and showed her the order number and restaurant address on my phone. They finally found my order. Another gentleman dressed differently from the other employees (possibly the manager) told me that they were out of an item that I had ordered. He told me that he could make me a sandwich instead. I agreed to a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a croissant. When I reached my destination, I had just two plain croissants! No bacon, no egg, and no cheese! I was so upset! I will not...
