I ordered three softa, a reward of a free, softtaco, Lux box and all they gave me was two grilled cheese burritos and some nacho fries which is not the thing I ordered. They also gave me my drinks which thankfully I did order the Baja blast large and Baja blast large slush, but this is not the right amount of food for what I paid for which was about $16. I’ve never been so disappointed in Taco Bell. Sadly, because I did this through mobile order they can’t give me a refund on my money back, but they will give me a refund through remaking the order another day as long as I contact one of their managers. Usually, they get the orders correct here other than once in a while forgetting I said no tomato but this is the one time they completely screwed up my order. They only gave me the correct drinks, but everything else is incorrect. I usually come here to eat because I am a college student and it’s right by the McComb College and the quality of food isn’t bad and the people are usually really nice. Just when going here be careful because they could get the order wrong or forget something.
Update: With a manager’s permission I received the best customer service from Meghan and Jamar they helped me when I went back a week later with remaking my order for free they were very kind and understanding best service I’ve gotten here! I also had gone into the restaurant for the first time in a long time and they had redone a lot of stuff on the inside. I think it would be a pretty nice spot to chill and eat here. The atmosphere is pretty Good and the food is always hot here. Just wish that my order didn’t get messed up last week, but I think they did a really good job with trying to fix it which I really appreciate! The people here...

I am echoing the words of another reviewer: "Oh how the mighty have fallen!" This was my go-to Taco Bell for the better part of two years, visiting multiple times a week. The staff was super friendly and the food was usually amazing. Over the last couple of weeks and months, they have gone downhill real quick. I believe a lot of it has to do with the new store manager. On one occasion fairly recently, I went inside and placed an order on the kiosk, and then was going to use a split payment for my order (cash/debit card). I was standing around for a few minutes before the new guy approached the counter and in a very rude tone expressed that they weren't accepting cash for kiosk orders (I was informed by a store manager from another TB after I told them about my experience that he was in the wrong and they had to accept it). I suggested multiple times to the new manager that if they weren't going to be accepting cash, that a sign should be posted at the kiosk letting people know so that they are aware, each time being RUDELY interrupted and cut-off mid-sentence. This Taco Bell has had issues numerous times over the past couple of years but lately it’s gotten out of control. Not only do they ignore you when you’re standing in the lobby because they expect you to order from a kiosk or talk to a robot, but most of the time you won’t be able to verify what you had on your order because the receipt machine is conveniently down every single time I place an order here. Today I ordered a large $40 order for dinner tonight and was missing major components of my food when I went inside to speak to somebody it was nearly impossible and stood there for 15 minutes waiting for somebody to acknowledge me while I watch the employees frantically throw bags at each other often times spilling everything onto the floor, trying to make their way towards getting people through the drive-through as fast as possible while also neglecting the fact that they are forgetting items. when I finally was able to talk to somebody and report that I was missing items, another guy walked up and reported that he also was missing half of his order from his bag. She seems skeptical of us, and I even questioned while you had to make it in order for me to get it right? Where is my order?
