I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Roseville Appliance. We were returning customers and purchased a used fridge with high hopes, but it turned out to be a nightmare from day one. The sales pitch seemed promising, with the owner offering us a "great deal" because we have small children. We were assured that the fridge was in perfect working condition, with no issues whatsoever. He even mentioned he wanted it for himself but it wouldn't fit in his kitchen with his current set up.

However, upon delivery, we discovered the intake was clogged with thick, greasy black dust, indicating a serious lack of maintenance. Despite cleaning it ourselves, the problems persisted, culminating in the fridge malfunctioning just after the 30-day "warranty" expired. When we reached out to the store owner for assistance, we were met with indifference and excuses.

Despite our willingness to pay for repairs, the owner evaded responsibility and refused to honor any form of assistance, leaving us out in the cold with a malfunctioning appliance. We've already sunk $500 into repairs, lost multiple batches of groceries, and now face the prospect of having to purchase a new fridge entirely.

This experience reeks of deceit and exploitation. It's abundantly clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Roseville Appliance, and I urge anyone considering purchasing from them to think twice. Steer clear, and save yourself the headache.

Update: owners response to my review is an attempt to save face and not true. I reached out to him multiple times to address the issue and was ignored every time after the second attempt. Check his BBB...

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS.

We recently purchased a used washing machine from this place, and it has not worked since the day we brought it home, and these guys refused to do anything about it.

I've purchased many used appliances, but this was my first and last time ever purchasing anything from this place. From the day we brought the washer home, it didn't work right. It didn't spin or drain properly, it made odd noises, the size of the load setting does not work whatsoever, and there was a TERRIBLE smell when you ran the cycle. We paid $250.00 for it.

We contacted the business right away and explained to them what was going on, and that we wanted to bring it back and hopefully get a refund. They said absolutely not and very rudely asked what the problem was. We explained the multiple different issues we were having and they basically said that we were lying, while also trying to justify it by saying we "bought a used appliance" and "shouldn't expect it to be perfect." I don't expect a used appliance to be perfect, but I do expect it to work properly.

Ultimately, they ended up telling us to not even bother trying to bring it back in because they weren't going to do anything for us and hung up on us more than once.

Now we're stuck replacing a washer that we paid $250 for. Save yourself the headache and don't buy...

We had just bought a brand new fridge from lowes 18 months ago and it stopped keeping things cold in the fridge but the freezer still worked. After about a month of having to order out for a family of 4 while waiting for a service tech appointment. We finally got a tech out and they said it was around $700 in repairs and it would take 6 months to a year for the parts to come in. I reached out to several used appliance stores over the weekend and everyone one closed. However i was able to get in touch with Roseville appliance on a sunday even at that. Chris was more then helpful showing me all the used items he had to hold me over until my fridge could get fixed. He even went above and beyond and gave me a second opinion on my repair quote and also looked up the parts for me. After thinking it over more and seeing his brand new items he had in stock. He hooked me up on a very fair price for a nice brand new fridge. I must say it was more then rewarding being able to come home from work to a fully stocked fridge again and not have to order out anymore. I would highly recommend that Roseville appliance be your first stop when shopping for a appliance. I will definitely be checking out there showroom first...
