I was working right down the street from here and decided to swing by for a sub and a smoothie. I ended up ordering the chopped cheese sandwich and an island green smoothie…ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They used all fresh fruits for the smoothie and sweetened it with just a little bit of honey so not only was it delicious, but it was beneficial too. They even throw in fresh lemon and ginger for free if you want it! The chop cheese was absolutely delicious, seasoned to perfection and too greasy like some other places. I stopped into Fresh Flavors on a whim and left wondering why I hadn’t been here sooner. I got the Sweet and Smokey sandwich and it absolutely hit the spot. Packed with flavor, perfectly balanced, and surprisingly not messy — just a clean, delicious, handcrafted sandwich made right. The owner, Mo, is one of the coolest, most down-to-earth guys you’ll meet. Super easy to talk to, welcoming, and clearly proud of what he’s building here. The place has a laid-back, fresh vibe and the food matches it perfectly. After just one sandwich, I legit want to try everything on the menu. This spot is a gem — good food, good people, and seriously worth the stop.

Our first time! WOW! My daughter treated my boyfriend and I... she didn't want a sandwich. The guy asked Erika if she likes smoothies. He then asked her if he could make her a free smoothie. Not being much of a sandwich eater, I wasn't sure what to order. Then I realized it was pick and choose. they gave each of us a free esmoothie! Thought I ordered a medium...I think I got a large.
