I placed an order on the direct Tubby’s site. Set pick up time for 45mins. My profile includes my cell number. I arrived for pick up and was told the online order prints too faintly to read but they could tell one sub was a BLT and they don’t have bacon. Why wouldn’t they call me to ask questions or tell me they didn’t have bacon. I drove 6 miles each way for nothing. Horrible care for customers and you’ve lost another one...

The Haze Park location does a bad job. Every time I go there they only prepare half the items I request. Even though I pay for ALL my items. I shouldn’t have to wait to have food cooked twice. I don’t understand because I’m a good customer.
