Highly recommend! Now have been there 3 times and every time was just as good as the first. Their food is very fresh, reasonably priced and the staff are all very friendly. They have quesabirria every other Thursday and got to try that once. Very good with the sauce that goes with it for dipping. Delicious, but it was my first time trying that so don’t have much to compare it to. The tostados and gorditas are my favorite! The quesadillas are really good (but more like cheesy tacos). The chips and salsa are excellent and one time they had a delicious spicy orange salsa that was like nothing we’ve had any where else. Unfortunately they were out of it the other two times so would love if that was a regular item! Also the street corn wasn’t on the menu but I asked on my last visit and they had it and it was amazing! Will definitely be ordering that regularly. Honestly if this place was closer to me we would definitely go weekly! My new fave place to get great quality...
Read moreExtremely tasty food! The burrito is enormous, the burria that i got inside it is flavorful and plentiful, the house-made chips are fresh enough to grease up the paper sack they send them home in. Nachos are stacked super high, and the Al Pastor pork is quite good.
There was some confusion on the ordering - the phone number listed on the Seamless site rang to an answering service, that put in a Grub Hub order for me over the phone, which was a little weird. If you're going to call and order, make sure its the actual restaurant that you're talking to.
Word of caution though, many of the items have raw, white onions on them, even though they're not listed in the ingredients listed for the dish.
To the restaurant: Some people have very strong food aversions and allergies, you really should list ALL the ingredients in your dishes to avoid things like this. My wife loved your gorditas...until the first bite. The raw onions made it simply...
Read moreTheir food was very good. I went there two nights in a row trying different things. Rather than talking about what was good and done well, I'll focus on the minor complaints. The street tacos (3) all with different meats were all dry. This is typical for street Taco's, but I feel like they were on the over dry side. If dining in, you don't get water. You have to purchase bottles. If you can get free water, then they aren't offering it and maybe you have to ask for it. There is no wait staff. They bring you your food and the first basket of chips and salsa. You have to go up to the order window for refills and to place your order.
The menu is basic and limited, but the limited selection should satisfy. It's one of the best authentic Mexican food options outside of Mexican town. Especially for the Roseville / St Clair Shore's area.
The photos of the menu are out of date. I'll try to take a picture next...
