We found Gigliotti Jewelers from a google search after looking at jewelry stores in Oakmont and Fox Chapel. We were looking for a store that offered a range of jewelry in affordable and higher end prices. The other stores only wanted to sell their high end merchandise and didn’t want to waste time on a lesser sale. But Penny and Barry took the time to help us find exactly the right earrings at prices we could afford. And when the posts on my hoops seemed too thick, Barry, an accomplished goldsmith, said he could swap them out for something smaller. When I came back the following week, he did a perfect job and the earrings fit perfectly and look terrific. I highly recommend Gigliottis for personalized service and quality merchandise. Amazing craftmanship and very nice people to work with. I had my engagement/wedding ring that was a family heirloom that needed a new setting, and I wanted it exactly the same. They quoted me a great price on the custom work, and even gave a better suggestion for how to have the side diamonds (see pictures). They said it would take about 3.5 weeks, and it was finished by the end of that time frame. They even made the back band a little thicker at my request.
