Absolutely amazing experience not only do I know the one guy downstairs who work there cause he’s a customer at a store I used to work at for hair. I know him and his wife (they know me as Blake ! ) and they are the absolute sweetest and kindest people I’ve ever met and are always so open to talk. I went in with my 2 other friends today since we’ve never been to the store before, Greg gave us a full tour of the place downstairs and showed us the crazy cool speakers but then also took us upstairs to the other rooms to let us listen to music from players I’ve never even seen in person only on tv. And don’t even get me started on the quality of the music from these were intense and amazing I can’t even put into words. We also got to go into the home theater to experience that first hand and WOW mind blown. He was the absolute sweetest and was so passionate, informative and fun ! If you ever need any I mean ANY music or theater help Greg is your guy to go to ! Both music to my ear and northern audio are fantastic and I recommend it...

Before I get into details, everyone here is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Whether you are simply looking for some records or ready to invest in high end audio equipment, I strongly suggest you check them out.

I stopped in today just looking for a small adapter because I was doing some troubleshooting on a device (not purchased here). Not only did they just give me a spare adapter for free, but they took well over an hour working through the problem with me.

I didn't come in with the intention of buying any records, but I made sure to grab about 6 or 7 because there was no way I was leaving that store without buying something after they were that incredibly friendly and helpful.

Also, if you're more of an audiophile you should definitely check this place out. Please do not waste your time going somewhere else if you're looking to buy any kind of quality speaker/home theatre set up.
