I would like to share the amazing customer service I received from Groen Crown Point. I met with Anna and she helped me pick out the perfect sofa in a beautiful chocolate fabric. She was an absolute doll and extremely knowledgeable, friendly and such a pleasure to work with. Our beautiful new sofa arrived yesterday, 3 weeks earlier than expected. The delivery team of Josh and Al was also exemplary. They removed our old sofa and put it at the curb and installed our new sofa in our living room. They were both knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We asked for them to move things around to accommodate our new sofa and they did so with a smile on their face. Such nice guys. I highly recommend Groen’s furniture to anyone looking to buy any new furniture for their home. Top notch!
