Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ross Township

My review is about the the girl with the glasses working the drive-thru. She gave very rude and weird vibes when I pulled up. No greeting; just had her hand out the window for my payment. She hurriedly handed me my card & receipt and closed the window. After she gave me my food (grilled cheese burrito & a Doritos locos supreme) I saw there were no napkins in the bag and she never asked if I wanted any sauces, so I asked for mild and diablo. She handed me 1 of each 😒…again…weird vibes, cause no Taco Bell I’ve ever been to has ever handed me no ONE packet of sauce! Mind you I need like 3-4 for my burrito alone, so I asked her for more sauce and I guess that triggered her because she grabbed a handful and if I’m not mistaken felt like she shoved it in my hand. It took everything in me to not go there cause I know people got issues and they still get hired so I just went on my way. Whoever is in charge at this location needs to speak to her about her rude behavior and her customer service! If she can’t be polite she needs to not be in drive-thru AT ALL!!! Make her do something where she doesn’t have to interact with people if she doesn’t know how to! I hate rude people working the drive-thru and I don’t want anybody with bad energy touching my food or anything of mine!! And no I didn’t get her name but it’s the lil caucasian girl with the glasses. I visit this Taco Bell on the regular and never seen her before so idk if she’s new or what but I’ve never had this problem before. This Taco Bell is good, with clear communication when ordering in drive thru, letting you know when there is an upcharge, giving your total, and are polite every time I have went. But I noticed that they have always lacked on the sauces that are supposed to be on an item. In particular, my go to is a Shredded chicken burrito. That gets alvocado ranch and as a previous employee I can tell ya the size of that item should be bigger that what they are pushing out and the sauce should be consistent throughout. The other night though is what's going to make me go to a different location from now on. I got 2 Shredded chicken burritos and a naked chicken chalupa. Both require Avocado Ranch and 1 of the burritos and the chicken chalupa had none. The chicken chalupa also had little to no filling and the other chicken burrito had what must have been the last squirt of what was left in the bottle of sauce and just decide to not grab one out of the walk in or from the cooler below the line. Knowing they usually are lacking the sauce I even requested to make sure the burritos were getting the Avocado ranch... I am not sure if this is lack of proper training or someone is bad at ensuring they are properly stocked with what is needed. I'm giving a three because most of the time you can get through the drive quickly and the cashier is great and banters with yq juwt enough so its welcoming but not awkward. Drive thru wait was long. 10:15 PM on Tuesday March 21st 2017

Got to window and paid. They handed me a salad. I ordered a burrito. They had to remake it. I asked the guy if he wanted me to pull up. His response was closing the window on me.

Several moments went by. The manager on shift was pouring out empty drinks which I assume had nothing to do with getting the line down. There was at least 7 cars.

Then after a few minutes the cashier opens the window and asks me to pull around. " something I had already suggested. Because they messed up the order.

I pull around and go to head inside the restaurant. The window cashier runs out. Runs past me and acts as if he was looking for me in my truck.

As I pulled out of the restaurant I noticed a blue car in the back...a taco bell employees car. An apron for taco bell was on the ground outside the drivers door. Can these people not even keep track of there uniforms?

Please boycott this taco bell. It's not worth the headache.

I don't need a refund. In fact, I'll never dine here again. Just want people to know this place sucks. And perhaps someday the store manager will realize they left there night crew to a bunch of...
